Installation and adjustment methods of grain crop selection machine

The small and medium-sized grain concentrator is suitable for small and medium-sized grain purchasing stations and is mainly used to process crops, such as corn, wheat, rice, sorghum, rapeseed, white sesame, soybeans, peanuts and other legumes. When installing a small and medium-sized grain concentrator, you must strictly follow the requirements of the parts drawing and basic drawing. All parts and accessories should be carefully inspected, cleaned and organized before use.
Installation steps of grain crop selection machine:
1. Please draw basic horizontal lines and make cross lines on the standard board for easy use. At the same time, the elevation line should be located in the center of the standard board to ensure that the base will not be covered after the installation is completed.
2. Assemble the base and trailer, adjust the position of the pads to level, and draw the separation line between the base and the trailer. According to the requirements of the engineering drawings, determine the installation method of the base and trailer, and adjust them to be flat and vertical. Then grout the foundation hole. After the concrete reaches the required compressive strength, tighten the anchor screws and assemble the cylinder after the inspection.
3. Assemble the cylinder and flip ring. First, fix the flip ring on the cylinder, ensuring that the female connectors are staggered, and adjust the thickness of the gasket to maintain contact between the flip ring and the female connectors while ensuring that the gaps are not the same. Finally, the head of the concave bolt is welded to the rifling of the barrel.
4. Assemble the transmission wheel. Before use, please check the page on the abutment surface for any impact marks and clean the contact area between the transmission wheel and the escapement wheel. Next, carefully align the two half-drive gears and tighten the socket anchor bolts. After that, install the large gear on the rifled part of the barrel, rotate the escape wheel, and check the radial runout and longitudinal shake of the transmission wheel until the correction reaches the standard.
5. Assemble the transmission gear, reduction motor and electric motor. According to the downloaded transmission wheel, adjust the gearing parameters of the large and small gears to meet the requirements of the equipment. Make sure that the transmission gear and reducer are in a secure position.
6. When assembling the transmission gear cover, ensure that the distance between it and the edge of the transmission gear is even.
7. After the installation is completed, adjust the running direction of the equipment. Connect the switching power supply, and then press the motor power switch in sequence to confirm the running direction of the selected motor. The time of pressing the switch should not exceed 3 seconds each time, and the equipment can only be used normally after confirmation.
