Inspection before starting up is the first step in daily maintenance. Monitoring during operation is crucial. Listen to the sound of the machine when it is running. Under normal circumstances, it should be a smooth and even sound of mechanical operation. If there are abnormal friction, impact or sharp noises, it is likely that the parts are worn, loose or foreign matter has entered the inside of the machine. At this time, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Observe the vibration of the equipment. Slight vibration is normal, but if the vibration amplitude suddenly increases or irregular vibration occurs, it may be that the equipment installation foundation is loose, the balance is damaged, or the internal parts are severely worn. Determine whether the vibration is abnormal through the vibration sensor installed on the device or by touching it with your hands. At the same time, pay attention to the winnowing effect, that is, whether the material separation is as expected. If the separation effect is found to be poor, there may be problems with the wind system, such as abnormal fan speed, blocked air ducts, etc.

After the equipment is shut down, a comprehensive cleaning process is required. Start by turning off the power and making sure the device comes to a complete stop. Use special cleaning tools, such as brushes, vacuum cleaners, etc., to clean dust, debris and residual materials on the surface and inside of the machine. For key components such as the screening net, it is necessary to clean it carefully to prevent the mesh from being blocked and affecting the next use. A clogged screen will not only reduce the accuracy of air separation, but also increase the fan load and affect equipment performance. After cleaning is completed, lubrication and maintenance can be performed on key parts of the equipment. Choose a lubricant suitable for the equipment's working conditions and apply an appropriate amount to bearings, gears, slides and other moving parts. Lubrication can not only reduce friction and wear between components, but also reduce the noise during equipment operation and extend the service life of components.

Regular inspection and maintenance are indispensable. In accordance with the requirements of the equipment manual, conduct comprehensive maintenance of the equipment regularly. Check the wear of wearing parts, such as fan blades, belts, screens, etc., and replace seriously worn parts in a timely manner. Regularly check the electrical system, including whether the wires are damaged, whether the plugs and sockets are loose, whether the electrical components are working properly, etc., to ensure electrical safety. At the same time, the overall performance of the equipment is tested, such as measuring the air volume and wind pressure of the fan, checking the sealing performance of the equipment, etc., and making timely adjustments and repairs if problems are found. Establish equipment maintenance record files to record the time, content, problems discovered and handling measures of each maintenance. This helps analyze the operating status and failure patterns of the equipment, provides a reference for subsequent maintenance, and ensures that the wind screening machine is always in good operating condition.
